I started FDP Municipal Consulting because I saw how many ordinary property owners, business owners, landlords and entrepreneurs become completely overwhelmed by municipal systems and red tape. For most people, dealing with municipalities is frustrating, time-consuming and confusing. Accounts are incorrect, applications disappear between departments, approvals get delayed, and people often don’t know where to start or who to speak to.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked extensively with municipalities across Gauteng, including the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, as well as municipalities across the West Rand and East Rand. Through years of practical hands-on experience, I’ve learned how municipal processes work behind the scenes, how departments interact, where applications commonly get stuck, and what documentation and follow-up is often required to move matters forward effectively.
My role is simple: I help you understand where you stand, identify the real problem, and guide the process step by step toward a practical solution.
